Our Rice Huller rubber roller's (SBR or NBR) hardness could be 90° to 95°(Shore) with Cast Iron drum and Cast Aluminium drum.
NBR rollers is the 2nd era huller rice roller, are adopted 100% NBR rubber materials, the original color is Amber with innocuity, and its outputs will be double than SBR rollers at least. Our 10” SBR roller could be produced about 120 tons rice, 6” rollers is about 70 tons. (The detail output will see the paddy’s quality).
Aluminium drum rubber roller, with its weight light, concentricity high, the wear-resisting performance are good, reduced the machine load vibration, could be increased the rubber roller's life.
